This Sunday marked a memorable day in our history. Commissioner General of Customs (CG) and Deputy Commissioner (DC) attended office in Customs Uniform for the first time in the history of 126 years.
Though all staff attend duty in Official Uniform, it is not mandatory for the Head of Customs and Deputy Commissioner to wear the same.
With this great and memorable change, CG and DC will continue to wear official uniform on Sundays and formal occasions which would definitely resemble our pride and dignity as an enforcement organization.
