In a bid to expedite clearance of perishable cargo, spacial arrangements have been made at the sea port, starting from today.
A unit of Customs Examination has been set up inside the perishable cargo warehouse located at Male' sea port area. With this change, declarations can now be accessed and goods released inside the facility premises, thereby lessening the time it used to take before.
